For new clients, a podiatric examination is first scheduled. If it turns out that you do not need any further treatment, or if you are referred to another specialist, only the costs of the examination will be invoiced (€ 98,79). If it turns out that you need insoles, these will also be charged. Since insoles are custom-made, a delivery consultation and a follow-up check are normally always scheduled to ensure that we provide you with the best care. All of this is delivered to us as a package price and costs € 348,97. If you purchase an extra pair within 2 months, this will be done at a reduced price.
For existing clients, an annual check-up is first scheduled (30 minutes). If it turns out that no further action is necessary, only the costs of the examination will be invoiced (€ 55,60). If it turns out that you need insoles, these will also be charged, as well as the costs of the fitting. Since insoles are custom-made, a delivery consultation and a follow-up check are normally always scheduled to ensure that we provide you with the best care. All of this is delivered to us as a package price and costs € 315,50. If you purchase an extra pair within 2 months, this will be at a reduced price.
For new clients, a podiatric examination is first scheduled. If it turns out that you need a nail brace, the package price applies (€ 140,78). For existing clients, an annual check-up of 30 minutes is scheduled (€ 55,60) instead of a podiatric examination. If it turns out that you need a new nail brace, the package price applies (€ 97,59).
For new clients, a podiatric examination is first scheduled (60 minutes). If it turns out that you do not need any further treatment or if you are referred to another specialist, only the costs of the examination will be invoiced (€ 98,79). If it turns out that you need an orthosis, the package price applies (€ 142,04 per orthosis). For existing clients, an annual check-up of 30 minutes (€ 55,60) is scheduled instead of a podiatric examination. If it turns out that you need a new orthosis, the package price applies (€ 115,53). People with Diabetes Mellitus or other chronic conditions can make an appointment with a podiatrist through a referral. People with diabetes or chronic conditions who have a care profile of 2 or higher receive medically necessary foot care covered by the basic health insurance if:
– There is a risk of developing wounds.
– A podiatrist has determined a care profile and created an individual treatment plan.
As a client, you can request a payment plan free of charge through Infomedics. A payment plan allows you to make arrangements to pay your outstanding invoice in installments.
The administrative handling of invoices is managed by Infomedics. From the day you receive the invoice from Infomedics, you have 30 days to pay it. If this is not possible, or if the amount is too high to pay at once, Infomedics offers two options.

Om in aanmerking te komen voor geneeskundige (basisverzekerde) voetzorg zal de podotherapeut een zorgprofiel bepalen. De podotherapeut bepaald met het zorgprofiel het risico op het ontstaan van een voetwond.
Wanneer u in aanmerking komt voor geneeskundige (basisverzekerde) voetzorg, dekt uw basisverzekering de kosten van de voor u voorgeschreven medische voetzorg. Laat u goed informeren door uw zorgverlener en/of zorgverzekeraar.
De meeste zorgverzekeraars vergoeden podotherapie vanuit de aanvullende pakketten. Dit betekent dat uw behandelingen of hulpmiddelen niet van het eigen risico afgaan. Heeft u geen aanvullend pakket voor podotherapie? Dan moet u de behandelingen en/of hulpmiddelen zelf betalen.
Staat u bij meerdere voetzorgverleners onder behandeling? Laat u dan goed informeren. Sommige verzekeraars hebben namelijk een totaalbedrag voor voetzorg. Dit totaalbedrag is dan niet alleen voor podotherapie, maar ook voor andere voetzorgverleners, zoals pedicures.
Bij voetbehandelingen kunt u o.a. denken aan: het verwijderen van eelt en/of likdoorns en het behandelen van nagels.
Omdat we een podotherapiepraktijk zijn, richten we ons niet alleen op de behandeling, maar ook op het achterhalen van de onderliggende oorzaak van de klachten. Daarom plannen we bij nieuwe cliënten eerst een uitgebreid onderzoek in. Dit eerste consult is een intake en kost € 98,79. De consulten daarna worden berekend op basis van de tijd die de podotherapeut besteedt aan de behandeling (bijv. 30 minuten). Daarnaast werken we samen met veel pedicures die ook instrumentele behandelingen kunnen uitvoeren.
Dit tarief geldt wanneer uit uw eerste onderzoek blijkt dat u geen vervolgafspraak voor voetbehandelingen of hulpmiddelen nodig heeft.
Ons prijsbeleid hanteert verschillende tarieven voor de Randstad (Noord-Holland, Utrecht en Zuid-Holland) en niet-Randstad regio’s, gebaseerd op lokale kosten en marktomstandigheden. Dit stelt ons in staat om excellente zorg te bieden, waarbij we transparant blijven over de factoren die onze tarieven beïnvloeden.
